Lindsey focuses on providing client-centered legal representation in the areas of recreation and conservation, land use, real estate, water, business, and technology law.

Lindsay Hromadka

Lindsey received her Juris Doctorate degree with honors from the University of Montana School of Law. She was an editor on the Public Land and Resources Law Review, a finalist in the Environmental Law Moot Court competition, and is a published author in the Montana Law Review.

Lindsey is originally from Houston, Texas and earned her Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in Public Relations from Texas State University. She serves as the Secretary on the Flathead Land Trust’s board and volunteers with Girls on the Run.  Lindsey was recently appointed by the Governor to serve on the Board of Realty Regulation. Additionally, she serves on the Council for the Natural Resources, Energy & Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of Montana, is a member of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association, and is licensed in Montana and Alaska.

When not working hard for her clients, Lindsey can be found with her husband, Mike, trail running, backpacking, skiing, rafting or cycling throughout Montana.
