Lindsey focuses on providing client-centered legal representation in the areas of recreation and conservation, real estate, water, business, and technology law.
Lindsey received her Juris Doctorate degree with honors from the University of Montana School of Law. She was an editor on the Public Land and Resources Law Review, a finalist in the Environmental Law Moot Court competition, and is a published author in the Montana Law Review.
Lindsey is originally from Houston, Texas and earned her Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in Public Relations from Texas State University. She serves as the Secretary on the Flathead Land Trust’s board, and is licensed in all Montana State and District courts.
When not working hard for her clients, Lindsey can be found with her husband adventuring throughout Montana, usually in Glacier National Park and the North Fork.
